First-Person Mode in Fortnite | Updates, New Information, More

First-person mode in Fortnite has been rumored and leaked for a while now. Epic Games has been working on this new addition to Fortnite for the past couple of years now and is just about ready to release it to the public.

Although there isn't currently a set release date, we will most likely see first-person mode come to Fortnite around the launch of Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 1, or possibly later. Leakers & Dataminers claim that Epic continues to work on First person mode by updating sounds, weapon textures, and camera movements.

Creative mode should be getting this update, too; multiple leakers claim that First-person will receive its own device/setting specifically for Creative mode. UEFN should also receive updates for this mode In verse scripts. All weapons currently in the Battle Royale and Creative loot pools are being updated to ensure that weapon switching works seamlessly whether you are playing in Creative or Battle Royale.
